在招商环境推介环节，麻章区投资促进服务中心股长赵冬桂从区位交通、产业基础、招商政策和服务保障等方面介绍麻章。麻章位于湛江西部，总面积479.09平方公里，海岸线长81.01公里，常住人口38.8万。

In the briefing on the investment climate, Zhao Donggui, section chief of the district investment-promotion service, walked the room through location and transport, the industrial base, the policy for bringing business in, and the services that hold it. Mazhang sits on the west of Zhanjiang: 479.09 square kilometres, 81.01 kilometres of coastline, 388,000 people who live there.
